Lange Financial Group Shipping Policies

Our goal is to ship your order out as soon as possible, but due to variables like time of order and supply this will not always be the same day. Currently we are asking customers to allow 3 business days for order processing. If there is a product that we anticipate a longer processing time for, it will be noted in the product description.

Shipping costs will be based upon your choice of delivery method and time and calculated upon checkout. Should you have any special delivery requests we will do our best to accommodate them, please email us at jim@jameslange.com.

Once items are in route, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We suggest purchasing insurance on the order, if it is offered, if you are concerned about it reaching you safely.

International Shipments

We do ship our products internationally. Please note than many of our financial products are country specific and you cannot rely on the recommendations to apply to your countries estate and investment laws. Also note that the buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what additional costs you might responsible for.

 

No Shipping Days

Our offices will be closed or unable to handle shipment on the following days. No orders will ship these days, but you can still order through the website as usual just expect an additional business day delay.
